Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd Establish Engine Casting Plant in Xiaoshan

Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd, China National Heavy-Duty Truck Group will invest RMB 570 million in establishing an engine casting facility in Xiaoshan Economic Development Zone. As the largest manufacturing site of engine castings in Zhejiang Province,the new plant is established to respond to the increasingly sophisticated demand of new diesel engine market, with the annual output of 70000 tons.
The construction work is scheduled to completed in two periods. The annual output will hit 400,00 tons in July 2009 when the first-phase work finished. It is reported that the facility will fully come online in 2010.
Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd, CNHTC, a modern large enterprise as well as a major one in China specializing in manufacturing high-speed heavy-duty engines, have designed and developed series engines of 6120, X6130, H493 and WD415 that have won national fame respectively.
