SKF (Dalian) Won¡°2007 Optimum Employer in Dalian¡±Award

Held by Dalian Evening News, Dalian Personnel Bureau and Labour Security Bureau, 2007 the 2nd Dalian Employers Investigation was finished on March 27 in Fulihua Hotel. SKF (Dalian) Bearings and Precision Technologies Co. Ltd was awarded ¡°2007 Optimum Employer in Dalian¡±.

It is reported that with the slogan of seeking the most responsibility-charming employers, this investigation started on Jan. 2 and followed a series of strict steps such as signing up voluntarily, staff investigation, human resources questionnaire investigation, visiting general manager, public vote, labour security investigation as well as specialists approval.

The purpose of this activity was to attract our concern on employment, talents and continuous development of enterprises. The organizer appealed for a further discussion on win-win among individuals, society and enterprises to achieve better human resources management.
