Hedley Hydraulics was made Parker Hannifin's UK and European Distributor of the Year for 2006 based on its growth and expansion over the year

Parker Hannifin has presented Hedley Hydraulics, with the double accolade of UK and European Distributor of the Year for 2006. Hedley Hydraulics won both awards for its growth and expansion over the twelve month period. Hedley Hydraulics has over 25 years' experience in the hydraulics industry and has worked with Parker for almost as long.

In 2006, Hedley Hydraulics expanded its fleet of Hose Doctor vans in collaboration with Parker, offering a 24/7 emergency replacement service for hydraulic hoses and fittings to help engineers minimise plant and equipment downtime.

The company's Hose Doctor service now covers Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.Furthermore, the hydraulic solutions supplier showed a significant growth in sales through its ParkerStore in Wakefield.
