1.Is PYC a bearing manufacturer?

PYC is a bearing manufacturer,founded in 2000.Not only do we produce ball bearings,but also we are a comprehensive bearing company in designing,manufacturing and selling of bearings and spare and accessory parts.We produce kinds of unstandable bearings.At the same time,we also produce different kinds of standable bearing.The range of the size is from 1mm (Inner ring)to 300mm(Outer ring).The precision Classes are P0,P6,P5 and P4.The bearings are in high precision,low noise and vibration,long life and so on.They are widely used in a motor of a dust collecting fan,motorcycle engine and so on.The products are exported to America,Canada and have high reputation in China.We have a good reputation for our strict management and best quality.We promise thatwe provide good products and best service to our customers.

2.What are the international standards for the bearing?

ABEC Standard for the bearing is not in common use in the world.At present,ISO and other organizations have their own standards for the bearing.There are some common organization standards for the bearing as follows:

3.What are some significant factors that limit bearing life?

bearings are made and tested to provide long, dependable life. Realistically,

bearings are not usually operated under controlled laboratory conditions. Excessive speed,

improper load calculations, poor adjustment, improper mounting, poor sealing, inadequate

lubrication, extreme conditions, and inadequate maintenance and handling practices can all

significantly reduce bearing life.

4.How should I store my bearings?

Don’t open the box early. bearing packaging is designed to protect bearings against

dirt and moisture during shipping and storage. Let the package do its job, and leave

replacement bearings in their original containers. Store them in a clean, dry area

until ready for use. Avoid temperature changes in you storage area – dramatic temperature

swings can cause condensation and damage the bearing.

5.I have a sea water application, will a stainless bearing work?

Most bearing grades of stainless steel (440C) do not fare well in sea water after a period of time.

Richer CHROME content stainless steels are usually too soft for bearing applications.

One surprisingly economic solution is THIN DENSE CHROME (TDC).

TDC provides an extremely hard and corrosion resistant solution for sea water

applications. Combined with Stainless balls and plastic cages. The TDC coating covers 100%

of both inner and outer rings with tight control on plating thickness of the raceways.
